“We just wanted to write and say what a simply wonderful meal we experienced Saturday. Jackson just quietly and unobtrusively cracked on and produced a spectacular meal. As a group we have [] been lucky enough to have eaten in some of the best restaurants and venues around the world. In particular some great Michelin starred places. We've done Tom Kerridge, Monica Galetti, midsummer house Cambridge, la Gavroche to name a few between us however, everyone felt that the meal produced Saturday was certainly "up there" was the general overall comments.

Timings perfect, presentation faultless, taste texture and tastebud tingling, all outstanding.
